Description: Taurus TPU Olympic Weight Plates
DURABLE TPU COATINGThe Taurus TPU Olympic Weight Plates are extremely high-quality and designed for Olympic barbells which are 2" or 50mm in diameter. TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is a special plastic that protects the weights and gives them a long life-span. TPU is odourless and resistant to abrasion, stratches and wear.
EASY TO USE
Taurus Weight Plates are built (from 5kg upwards) with an integrated grip so that transporting the weight plates is safe and easy. A rounded-off stainless steel ring in the middle makes mounting the weight plates especially easy.
VERSATILE TRAINING
TPU Weight Plates are easy to train with and can be used in a large range of weight training exercises. With weight plate discs you can challenge yourself to a range of exercises such as:
- Bench press
- Trunk rotation
- Side bend
- Barbell row
- Deadlifts
- Squats

Quality
These weight plates are expensive but they make working out such a pleasure. Easy to handle, really quiet and smooth when taking on and off the bar. I agonised over whether it was worth the upgrade cost but am delighted I did. They look great and have so far encouraged me to do more.
