HYBRID RESISTANCE SYSTEM
The Taurus Scandic-X Skiing Trainer employs a hybrid resistance system, combining magnetic and air resistance. You can set the base resistance level (adjustable in 10 levels), with additional resistance generated from the air system during your workout. As you pull harder, the intensity increases, ensuring a challenging and effective exercise.

11 PRE-SET PROGRAMMES
With 11 pre-set workout programmes, the trainer provides ample variety to keep your workouts engaging. It includes three interval workouts: 20/10 (Tabata), 10/20, and customisable intervals. You also have access to three target programmes focusing on time, distance, and calorie burn, as well as a dedicated watt workout. Additionally, four heart rate programmes at 60%, 75%, 85%, and target heart rate levels are available. The trainer offers a quick start mode/manual mode for added convenience.
COMPREHENSIVE WORKOUT TRACKING
The Scandic-X features an intuitive training computer with a wide range of monitoring options, including time, time per 500 metres, distance, calories burned, strokes per minute, total strokes, pulse, and watts. This wealth of data keeps you motivated and well-informed about your progress.

Taurus Scandic-X
Great product and service. I was considering a Concept 2 ERG but chose the Taurus Scandic-X Ski Trainer due to the reduced noise associated with a magnetic-air resistance combination. I am pleased I did. I work shifts and have just done an early morning workout without waking anyone up. The feel is just the same, the build is robust commercial gym quality and the ROM is excellent. There's no lag, as is the complaint with some cheaper models. Assembly was simple. The package arrived on a large pallet and the box is heavy.

Tough tough workouts getting me in shape.
I am in a love hate relationship with this piece of equipment. I am down 3lbs already having been using it for 2 weeks but the workouts are really intense! You can feel all of your muscles working and the machine itself seems super robust so I am not afraid to go to high intensities. I would recommend this to anyone else looking to get into better shape!

Very unique machine, very robust, cannot wait for clients to use.
Needing to offer my clients something different, I tried both the Taurus Scandic-X and the Concept Ski-Erg, both felt the same quality yet the Taurus was £200 cheaper and 2 years warranty over the Skierg 1 year. No brainer.

Amazing!
I use a ski erg with my PT in the gym but wanted one to use at home for my home workouts. I have not been disappointed, the quality is the same as the ones in the gym. It is extremely robust and does not move an inch when in use which was my main concern. Delivery came quicker than the time frame I was told and the assembly took no time at all. I can not believe the quality for the price, I could not be more impressed.

Very impressed with my ski erg
Have been after a ski erg for a while now after starting to use them at the gym before lockdown. I was quite enjoying doing this exercise at the gym and found I was getting better each time. I bought this ski erg so I could carry on with my progress during lockdown. It provides such a good workout and the machine is more or less the same as the one I previously used. Great way of working out, one of my favourite exercises to do.

Ski Erg Alternative
I have used the Ski Ergs in the gym and thought I would try out this Taurus one instead. This is just as good quality, if not better, and I love using the interval programmes that are built into the console.
