Force is transmitted through your hips to eliminate spinal compression, whilst natural and smooth movements make your exercises both safe and enjoyable. With high-quality padded upholstery, the seat and backrest are durable, hard-wearing and most importantly comfortable for you to use.
The seat can be easily adjusted to suit your height as can the resistance via the weight stack, with a maximum weight of 132kg.
The weight stack provides intensity for your workouts, benefiting experienced gym-goers or first timers, keeping muscles engaged as your training progresses. With an easy-to-use selector pin and clearly marked weights, changing these is simple and straightforward.
LEG EXTENSION
The calf machine, with supportive footplate delivers a natural arc of motion, which guarantees correct form and encourages to practice multiple repetitions.
With the calf extension you are able to build strong and toned calf muscles, whilst like the leg press, using the 132kg weight stack to vary the resistance.
