The TDF CBC has 16 levels of this super-smooth resistance, so you can go easy for recovery and rehab, or push yourself with the higher levels of resistance for an intense workout.

The ProForm TDF CBC Exercise Bike is built to the highest standards of quality and comes equipped with large, adjustable levelling feet to make sure your bike stays stable on any floor surface. The bike also features a quick-stop braking system for safety. The bike also comes with two 1.4kg dumbbells and a water bottle holder to keep you hydrated as you cycle.
LCD CONSOLE & iFIT COMPATIBILITY
Monitor your workout stats, such as time, calories, and distance thanks to the integrated LCD console. The console itself provides crucial workout stats and has quick keys to conveniently change your resistance. The ProForm TDF CBC Exercise Bike also has an integrated device holder, allowing you to place your phone or tablet in front of you. Download iFIT on your smart device and ride along with trainers and get in the zone with iFIT music. Cycle around the world with iFIT’s Google Maps™ technology, and, with iFIT’s resistance control technology, your bike’s resistance will mirror the terrain you’re cycling on, fully immersing you in the workout. Another feature of the resistance control technology is that when you’re working along with one of iFIT’s many trainer-led sessions, your trainer can take control of your resistance to push you to the limit. Please note, that the ProForm TDF CBC Exercise Bike does not come with a tablet, only an LCD console.
FULLY ADJUSTABLE & EASY TRANSPORT
The TDF CBC Exercise Bike comes with non-slip, multi-position handlebars with dipped grips and an ergonomic padded saddle. Both the handlebars and saddle are fully adjustable, to suit users of all shapes and sizes. For safety and stability, the pedals have toe cages and straps, designed to keep your feet in place while you train. Front-mounted transport wheels help with moving the bike in and out of storage, or simply changing its position in your workout space.

I wanted a spin bike with a screen, surprised at how cheap the ProForm TDF range was. The screen keeps me on the bike and allows a good variety of different videos. The kids also love it which is a bonus.

Purchased bike during lockdown #3 delivery was swift, however during assembly part of the bike came lose. Placed a call to ProForm Technical Support and they replaced the complete bije within a week.
Since then I have been on the bike everyday, love the monthly challenges on iFit and the rides are great.
Bike is robust and is very smooth to ride, only slight issue is the seat bit uncomfortable for the beginner but a quick £12 padded seat cover from Amazon sorted that.
