CONSOLE

You’ll be able to keep an eye on your speed, distance covered, time elapsed, and much more, all right in front of you, in your eyeline, meaning no need to check any phone or watch for your session data, keeping you focused on your run. However, if you want to have a tablet or phone viewable while you work out, the console also features a tray upon which you can rest your device. The console’s HD smart touchscreen is complemented by two 2” digitally-amplified speakers, and Bluetooth audio capability.
FOLDING
A perfect blend of performance and convenience, the 14i is ideal for home users and gym owners alike. Its combination of strong, high-end speed and incline capability with folding technology and transport wheels make it an all-rounder of a running machine. You’ll be able to fold the running belt up when not in use, saving crucial space in a home gym or commercial environment. When you need to move the treadmill, you can do this easily with the built-in transport wheels. The EasyLift™ Assist means the folding process is smooth and easy. ADJUSTABLE
OneTouch buttons provide the user with full control of the speed and incline without having to break stride. You can either select a fixed speed or incline value, or use the +/- buttons to go up in small increments, perfect for those variable, HIIT-style workouts. The 51×140cm tread belt running surface affords even those with longer stride lengths plenty of space. As well as the user-controlled speed and incline adjustment, the treadmill, thanks to its iFIT compatibility, can have its speed and incline adjusted automatically, according to the session in progress.
IFIT
The iFIT subscription-based fitness service offers the user a huge range of features to take your training to the next level. You’ll receive daily tailored workout programs, aided by machine learning to provide you with the precise workout you need for your training goals. Virtual trainers will motivate and guide you through various exercise types, from indoor class-style workouts to outdoor trail runs. When participating in these guided workouts, your virtual coach can increase or decrease the speed and incline to go with the stage of the session. As well as the guided workouts, you can also go solo and complete your own, manual workouts, controlled completely by you. A great feature for these types of workouts is the Google Maps feature which allows you to run through virtual cities, countryside trails, mountain roads—anywhere! From the south of France to the north of America, you can run along the streets, paths, shorelines from the comfort of your own home. iFIT has thousands of workouts, which span across various different types of exercise.
