The Marcy PM4400 Home Multi Gym is the ultimate solution to meeting all your strength goals at home, in a compact yet extremely effective machine.

The Marcy PM4400 Home Multi Gym features a leverage bench, which allows the user to lift heavily safely without a spotter; allowing you to lift heavier weights than you would normally feel comfortable doing, expediating muscle growth like no other conventional weight bench or multi-gym! The clever leverage system and multi-position bench add incredible versatility to your workout regime.

MAXIMUM STABILITY

The Marcy PM4400 Home Multi Gym is super robust; the max user weight on the bench is 158kg, allowing for a higher weight capacity than other similar weight benches and accommodating more demanding users. Load one of the 2 lever arms with weight plates depending on which muscle group you target. The front arm loading capacity is 226 kg; ample weight for exercises such as shoulder presses, Chest Presses, and squats. The rear arm can load an impressive 181kg, allowing advanced lifters to perform exercises such as wide-grip Lat pulldowns.

FULLY ADJUSTABLE

The Marcy PM4400 Home Multi Gym features a versatile design; a quick-release spring-loaded pin allows the bench back pad to adjust to 10 positions, several inclines, decline, flat, and fully upright angles. The bench can also slide further forward to make you more comfortable gripping the handles. The PM4400 bench also can slide towards the centre of the frame to place you in a better position when performing the seated shoulder presses or when exercising with higher levels of incline. Thanks to a pivoting design, an intuitive swivel mechanism allows you to move the bench to the side to create more space for your exercise.
