The Keiser M3i Lite Exercise Bike combines the highest build quality with a smooth, road bike feel.

THE HIGHEST STANDARDS

Keiser led the way by becoming the first to use magnetic resistance in their exercise bikes, which the industry went on to emulate, and so created bikes which could be quiet, smooth, and powerful. The magnetic system offers the user a limitless range of resistance, allowing users to really push themselves at the higher levels, and be able to cool down or take easier rides at the lower end of resistance. Not only does the digital magnetic system produce limitless resistance, but it also provides the closest experience to outdoor road cycling you could have. The M3i Lite has a 3kg flywheel, which is lighter than many other exercise bikes, and helps produce the smooth, quiet resistance. This lighter flywheel is made possible by the Poly-V single-belt drivetrain. This style of drivetrain (which is also used by the automotive industry thanks to its durability and reliability) means the M3i Lite can generate faster spin speeds to create the unlimited resistance. Keiser’s engineering process is extremely precise and subject to daily quality tests. The engineering is certified by TUV, the internationally-recognised industry standard.

The Studio Display enhances the Keiser M3i Lite Exercise Bike with connectivity, catering to studio owners seeking connected group exercise. Offering a curated selection of health and fitness apps and training content, including mPaceline, ImPowered, BKool Cycling, BKool Fitness, and Spivi Home, it elevates the group fitness experience.

ESSENTIALS-ONLY WORKOUT CONSOLE

The integrated display console features the highest accuracy around, thanks to the quality control and TUV certification. The console displays only the most important workout stats, which means you won’t have to cycle through several screens to get to the metric you want. Thanks to this stripped-back style, there’s no need for buttons, which can be distracting mid-workout, and sometimes can require maintenance after many uses. The M3i Lite’s display is backlit and when the light in the room drops below a certain level, the backlighting will switch on automatically. The simple, key-stats-only display lets you focus solely on the ride.

COMMERCIAL QUALITY

The M3i Lite is, like all Keiser products, built to the highest standards. They are suitable for professional and commercial use, in gyms and fitness studios. The M Series range from Keiser are perfect for indoor cycling group classes. M3i Lite bikes come with the flywheel positioned at the rear, which prevents wear and rust as the flywheel and drivetrain are out of the user’s sweat zone. The bike’s frame even features angled edges designed to divert sweat from the important parts of the bike. The Poly-V belt has a pre-tension design which will eliminate the need for regular maintenance. The built-in transport wheels and light 40kg product weight make the M3i Lite very easy to move around your workout space. Keiser has long been the pre-eminent name in indoor group cycling.

BUILT TO FIT

The M3i Lite has a V-shape frame which feels close to a real road bike, and can be adjusted to fit the user. The saddle can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally, and the handlebars can be adjusted vertically. The adjustment available accommodates users between 4’10” and 7’. This is a huge range of user heights, which proves Keiser’s commitment to building the perfect bike for the widest possible demographic of users. The adjustment system is simple and easy to use, with a knob used for height adjustment, and a separate handle for the saddle’s horizontal adjustment. The bike’s crank arms are designed to suit any rider, with a curved style which fits bulky shoes and wider hips. The pedals are SPD and have a cage which is an integrated part of the pedal instead of just fastened on later. The curvature of the pedal supports pressure points on the foot.
