ALL-IN-ONE
The G15 comes equipped with a whole host of features, all packed into the footprint of a single power rack, which saves space in your home gym, and adds efficiency to your workouts. Power rack, Smith machine, dual pulley/functional trainer, pull up bar, and suspension trainer are the basic components, and thanks to the included attachments and handles, you can perform over 400 exercises with the G15. From strength & split training, to bodybuilding, to plyometric training, to HIIT, the G15 enables it all.
SMITH MACHINE
The Smith machine comes equipped with a high-quality, counter-balanced barbell, producing the smoothest possible sliding action. Its knurled finish produces an unrivalled feel and secure, comfortable grip. 14 adjustable height positions suit a wide variety of users and exercise types, allowing you to train your way. The high build quality will stand the test of time, and the classic silver look complements the sleek black frame, fitting in to any home gym or commercial fitness facility.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINER
The dual pulleys on the G15 have a world’s-first interchangeable cable system which allows you to change the cable ratio as you work out. Choose between 4:1, 2:1, and 1:1 depending on what type of exercise you’re performing, and how hard you want to push yourself. This feature adds a level of variation that other machines don’t have, and means that different types of users can train with the G15. The included 100kg weight stack means you won’t need to waste time and effort loading weight plates to get your resistance, and the simple weight selection pin system is easy to use. The sturdy cables are rated at 907kg, meaning they’ll withstand heavy use over time. The pulleys themselves are easily height adjustable, and rotate with the natural movement of your exercise, suiting a wide range of workouts. Included attachments and handles add further variety to the G15.
POWER RACK
The heavy gauge structured steel tubing used makes the G15’s power rack strong and secure, and its commercial grad powder coating helps to avoid scratches and dents. Included are two J-hooks and two spotter arms, which allow you to work out whenever you want, without the need for a spotter. These can also be adjusted to suit the user and exercise type. The J-hooks’ maximum weight capacity is a massive 400kg, suiting even the more advanced users. Power racks are extremely versatile, facilitating a wide variety of barbell exercises to keep you in control of your workout.
PACKED WITH FEATURES
The G15 from Force USA doesn’t stop there – there are still so many more features included in this single station. A multi-grip pull-up bar comes with a 350kg maximum weight rating, again accommodating a massive range of users. The dips handles can be adjusted all the way up the power rack, and can be used with a wider or narrower grip. Barbell and weight plate storage will keep your home gym tidy, and make your workouts more efficient, minimising time wasted setting up.
