Thanks to its adjustable stride length, the cardiostrong Elliptical Cross Trainer EX70 is ideally suited for multiple users or for simulating different running styles.
FLEXIBLE STRIDE LENGTH
Ellipticals that allow for stride length adjustment offer significant benefits. This feature enables various users to individually tailor the stride length to achieve an optimal training feel. A longer stride length is often perceived as more comfortable. The EX70 offers two different stride lengths: 17" and 22". Additionally, the adjustable stride length allows for the simulation of different running styles, which activates various muscle groups. A shorter setting mimics jogging, while a longer setting simulates sprinting.
TRAINING VARIABILITY
The elliptical's user-friendly display provides 19 training programs, including 12 predefined workouts and the option to create your own programs. Moving the pedals forward or backwards, changes the muscular focus and adds variety to the training, especially when changing the direction of movement intermittently.
The Cardiostrong Elliptical Cross Trainer EX70 offers several features to make training as comfortable as possible. Mounting is easy, with a particularly low step-on height. The narrow pedal spacing also enhances training comfort.
ROBUST DESIGN
The Cardiostrong EX70 is excellently manufactured and equipped with top-quality components. For example, it includes dual ball bearings that allow for very smooth movement. Magnets apply resistance to the flywheel, which guarantees a silent and maintenance-free operation. The frame is sturdily designed, which also enables intense sessions, such as during HIIT training, to be conducted without issue.
