The seat can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically to accommodate users of different heights.
HEART RATE SENSORS
Hand grip pulse sensors are conveniently positioned on the handlebars so users can take advantage of the heart rate controlled programmes or simply keep and eye on their heart rate.

There are also transport wheels at the front of the bike so you can move your bike around freely.
32 VARIABLE RESISTANCE
The cardiostrong BX30 Upright Exercise Bike has an impressive 32 variable resistance levels controlled by a high-quality silent magnetic braking system which means very little noise from the bikes 9kg flywheel when in use as well as smooth, non-jerky resistance.

Very happy with my purchase
Used this bike a lot over the past month after biting the bullet thanks to bad weather limiting my daily runs. Pretty happy with everything from the design, the build quality and sturdiness. The console is quite simple but at the price I paid I don't mind that, it shows me the main things i need like time, calories, pace etc. Its quite comfy which is an added bonus, I am used to spin bikes with uncomfortable seats. One thing I would say is its much harder to sprint on this than a spin bike, but that's to be expected from an upright bike. The flywheel is pretty much silent and when pedalling the rotation doesn't make a sound either. Overall I'm really happy with the bike and I'm already looking at something else to go alongside it

Great Buy
Needed a bike to up my work out in winter and wanted one that was very sturdy with a lot of programs to use. This bike is so quiet when in use and love the feature of having the pulse reader on the handle bars to keep track of my heart rate. There is enough programs for both me and my partner to use and the bike adjust to both of our heights to make it a smooth ride.

Comfortable and modern
Bought this for my daughter to help her get a bit fitter as the gyms are a tad daunting for her at the moment and she is very happy with the bike. Delivery arrived quicker than expected and building only took 45 minutes and that was her off using the bike for the next hour. The only comment she made was that it didn’t have a tablet mount for her Ipad but was no biggie.

Excellent home gym exercise bike!
I've been using BX30 for few weeks now - 4 times per week 40 minutes and I can see a lot of progress. The bike is amazing, very smooth and quite sturdy. The computer gives you options to choose from many workout programs that you can customise. The seat and handlebars are comfortable and can be adjusted. I'm very happy with it!

Easy to use bike
A nice compact bike, very easy to build and fits together very well. Screen is nice and stylish with bright LCD console and very easy to see all the information clearly. Seat can be swapped like a regular bike.

Compact home-friendly upright bike!
Excellent compact exercise bike for home use. I bought it to workout at home since the gyms are closed. I needed something with a small footprint and easy to use. BX30 gives me exactly what I need. The seat is very comfortable and well cushioned, there's many resistance levels and the motion is silent and smooth. You can change the agle of the handlebars so you can find the most comfortable position for yourself.

Great Bike
I was after a recumbent bike as I suffer from quite bad lower back and knee joint pain stemming from years as an elite athlete. I have found the positiong of this to be very beneficial in the sense that no load is going through my knees and my upper body is fixed so I can still work up a sweat in the house. There are plenty of levels of resistance too so I can really crank it up when I have to get after it! I have found the seat to be quite narrow though,but the handy heart rate monitors located by the side of the seat help provide stability and serve a purpose. I like the programmes also but I do think the display could be nicer and more updated.
