JRNY COMPATIBLE
Built-in to the treadmill is a 10”, touchscreen display console. As well as displaying real-time workout stats, it is compatible with the JRNY interactive training service. The JRNY app features on-demand workout classes and tailored exercise plans. You’ll be able to access the expertise and skills of world-class fitness trainers from the comfort of your own home, and the workouts don’t stop at running: JRNY is compatible across various pieces of Bowflex equipment, meaning you can get great weight training and exercise bike workouts too. As well as the trainer-led classes, JRNY allows its users to run through scenic destinations from all around the world, adding variety and motivation to your runs. Track progress with your own personal bests, rewards, and goals.

ADJUSTABLE
The Bowflex Treadmill 25 comes equipped with a host of other features to make it a high-quality running machine. When you want to quickly adjust your speed or incline, the quick keys at the side handles make this easy and allow you to keep pushing without any interruption. Pulse-measuring hand grips and an included Bluetooth heart rate armband allow the user to utilise heart-rate workout programs and stay in their target heart rate zone. The HD touchscreen can be adjusted for angle, accommodating user heights and running styles, and a 56x152cm running belt also suits a range of heights and running styles. Transport wheels make it easy to move the treadmill around your workout space.
CONNECTIVITY
The built-in workout console is also compatible with other apps such as Zwift and Kinomaps, putting the user in full control. As well as workout apps, the console can be used for entertainment. Compatible with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+, the Bowflex Treadmill 25 has so many ways for you to stay motivated and engaged during your runs. In addition to the console, there’s also simple buttons to set and adjust the treadmill, and the integrated device holder means you can use your own tablet or phone to stream entertainment.
