There are nine program buttons to choose from: manual, fat burn, calorie burn, calorie goal, heart rate, 8 min interval, 16 min interval, strength, and custom, which allow you to simply push a button and set off, avoiding distractions and time-wasting when you want to get running quickly. As well as the traditional workout stats displayed on the LCD screen, there’s also a clever calorie burn per minute dial, which will help you keep motivated to go further and faster.

The treadmill is compatible with JRNY, the interactive training app. You’ll be able to participate in virtual trainer-led workouts from your own home, which will help take your fitness journey to the next level. JRNY has a whole host of world-class trainers and types of workouts to choose from, so you’ll always be able to find something that suits you. As well as the trainer-led sessions, there are also virtual routes, meaning you can take a run, jog, or walk along beaches, up mountains, or through picturesque cityscapes from right there in your home gym or fitness space. Another key feature in the JRNY app is the tailored goals and exercise plans, accessible whenever you need them. JRNY is not just a running app, and is compatible with a huge range of Bowflex fitness machines such as exercise bikes and dumbbells.

The treadmill comes with an integrated device holder, so you can set your tablet up and access JRNY easily. Also compatible with: Explore the World, Google Fit, and Apple Health.
