The B10 Exercise Bike features an 18kg flywheel with a chain drive mechanism, providing a smooth cycling experience; similar to riding a bike outdoors. It comes packed with a variety of available friction resistance options operated by the tension dial which also doubles as an emergency stop button if pushed when the bike is in motion. The 3-piece crank system makes the bike pedals stronger and more reliable overall. High-quality alloy ensures the BodyMax B10 Exercise Bike will ensure a smooth workout experience, use after use. The pedals on the B10 are engineered with alloy and supported by a toe cage design to keep your feet firmly planted in place, ensuring a comfortable workout throughout.
LCD CONSOLE
The BodyMax B10 Exercise Bike is equipped with an LCD console mounted on the handlebars, ensuring your workout data is readily available anytime during your session. The console displays a variety of metrics, including calories burned, distance, speed, pulse, and time; allowing you to keep track of your progress easily and improving the results of your training. The LCD console allows you to set targets for your workout like setting target distances, time or specific amount of calories burned.
PERFECT FOR HOME USE
Thanks to the transport wheels on the front of the bike, the BodyMax B10 Exercise Bike is super portable. Easily move from one end of a room to another, or if in storage - out of a cupboard. As well as easy portability, the B10 also sports a smartphone/tablet holder, allowing you to enjoy your favourite media while you cycle; you can even use fitness apps on your smart device whilst you train which delivers a more interactive and engaging workout, including the ability to monitor your progress. A handy water bottle holder is within close reach to keep you hydrated on those longer workouts.
FULLY ADJUSTABLE
The padded saddle is adjustable horizontally and vertically, allowing users to sit in a riding position that best suits them. The handlebars are also height adjustable, accommodating a variety of users. In addition to its adjustability, the handlebars are also foam-protected, offering a comfortable ride for every user.

Real cycling feel!
Great chain-driven exercise bike - feels almost like cycling outside. The heavy flywheel makes it very smooth. The saddle is comfortable for long rides and can be easily adjusted. The height of the handlebars can be adjusted too so you can set it to the most comfortable position.

Nice Compact Bike
Very good compact cycle, and really easy to build. Has a chain driven system so not as quiet as gym style bikes but still great for the price. Seat is very narrow but you can change the seat very easily.

Sturdy
Very sturdy and robust bike, was easier to put together than I first anticipated. Very easy to adjust the seat only wish the handle bars were adjustable as well.

good value for money
Great value for money bike. I like that it is on the cheaper end but still has heartrate sensors as I like to collect the data and track my progress and the motion of the bike feels really smooth. Quick and easy to assemble (took me 10 minutes and you should see my building ikea furniture!), really happy so far 5/5

Feels like riding outdoors. The heavy flywheel makes the ride smooth and the ordinary bike seat makes a big difference in comparison to seats you’d find on upright exercise bikes.

Great spin bike very durable like the fact that it has a heart monitor love the bike but it would be a lot better if the resistance was counter clockwise

Well worth the wait!
I finally got my hands on one of these bikes after being on preorder for a while and it was well worth the wait. Extremely sturdy build which I am over the moon about as I used to have a bike which was much smaller and I'm quite tall. The handle bars are very comfortable to grip and the fact that it measures your pulse is an added bonus I didnt expect that. The only problem I had with the bike was putting the pedals on when building it, apart from that it has been brilliant

Amazing service
I've bought two items from powerhouse fitness now and the customer service is excellent. We ordered this bike just after Christmas and it arrived in three days. Considering we've been waiting for 4 months for a piece of equipment from another company we're very impressed! Bike was really easy to assemble, is sturdy and a very smooth ride. Seat is a tiny bit uncomfortable but I think I'll get used to it.

Firstly may i say the delivery and customer services when i called were amazing.
The bike took about 30 mins to assemble, would be easier with 2 people. The bike is made of good qualty steel, fits together well and does everything as advertised. It is quiet and smooth.The lcd screen could be better but at this price i am very pleased. Instruction booklet was very thorough.
