MAXIMUM COMFORT
The 6-roller design pegs are fitted with thick foam padding to ensure comfort is guaranteed when using the attachment.
PLATE COMPATIBILITY
The weight pegs are suitable for both Standard and Olympic size weights, however an Olympic adapter is recommended.
BENCH COMPATIBILITY
The F611 is compatible with the BodyCraft; F320, F602, F601 & F605 benches.

LEGS!
I have the F602 bench which is great and far better padded than one's at my gym (as I keep telling them). I specifically bought that bench as I knew I could upgrade and add this extension but had held off buying this. I finally took the plunge in an end of month sales and iIts great. It does take a bit of adjustment to get the right height but once you are there leg day becomes far easier. I like using it for single leg lifts to isolate. Hamstring curl takes some getting used to but once you get it right you are away and it is far better doing those sessions in private.
The build is solid and once assembled it is easy enough to take on/.off then bench as needed. The pads are really snug on the bars so do take some work to get on but its worth it, whole thing feels really good quality so a sound investment for your bench.
