The hooks can be positioned to face either in or out and is a low cost-way of reducing the time spent moving the ones you have.
COMPATIBILE
The hooks are compatible with the F30 BodyCraft Power Rack.
RECOMMENDATION
BodyCraft do not recommend these hooks if you have the F438 RFT option installed as the RFT option includes the 2nd set of hooks already.

BodyCraft F433 Extra Bar Hooks for F430 Power Cage
Excellent addition to my new F430 power cage. I now have lift offs on all sides of the cage which allows me more flexibility during my workouts. Would advise others to invest in these up front as I have because fitting them later on would require partial dismantling of the cage.
