Thanks to the friction brake system, you can turn the dial to adjust resistance, making it as light or intense as you like, and allowing you to vary your workouts so exercising never becomes repetitive.
A monochrome LCD screen allows you to keep track of all your important workout data, including Time, Speed/RPM, Distance, ODO, Calories and Pulse

The saddle and triathlon handlebars can each be adjusted both horizontally and vertically.
