COMMERCIAL BUILD
Built for heavy commercial use, the Taurus Elite Iso Pulldown can take your workout to the next level. The seat and knee pads adjust easily to the user's height, and the sweat-repellent upholstery is both comfortable and easy to clean. Each lever arm can hold up to 150kg of weight plates for a total lift of 300kg.
ISOLATERAL DESIGN
The Taurus Elite Iso Pulldown allows users to train isolaterally, meaning that each limb will have individual resistance. This also allows the user to work unilaterally (each limb individually) to give targeted training to individual limbs. This is a great way for users to find and overcome weak spots, build strength and avoid side dominance.
TRAINING LATS
The latissimus dorsi (lats) is the largest muscle in the torso and is essential for swimmers, rock climbers, and rowers.
