The machine is plate loaded, which means you can use your own plates to add weight to the hip thrust. The loading sleeves are Olympic sized, so will fit the 2”-diameter hole on Olympic weight plates.

The Elite Hip Thrust has been built to commercial-grade quality, and will withstand the test of time. Electrostatic powder coating provides protection to the electro-welded square tubing. Industrial vinyl upholstered pads are thick and robust, with plywood backing and foam inners, which is not only durable but also comfortable for the user. Aluminium knurling on the handles will help keep the user’s grip secure. High-precision bearings produce a smooth movement.
ADJUSTABLE
To accommodate a wide range user shapes and sizes the footplate can be adjusted both in length and in angle. As well as the footplate, the seat can be adjusted vertically. This is easy to do, using the simple adjustment pin system. The footplate is oversized, and suits a variety of shoe sizes and stance preferences. The machine can take up to 150kg user weight.
