Description: Reebok Deck Fitness Step
The Reebok Deck is a revolutionary reconfigurable exercise platform which marks the latest evolution of the ever-popular original Reebok Step.The Deck enables you to perform effective cardio workouts based on aerobic stepping, plus it can convert into a flat, incline or decline weight bench.
The Step height of 20.5cm is ideal for low impact aerobics. To increase the intensity, simply flip out the integral risers to 35.5cm. The Reebok Deck's low centre of mass and non-slip rubber surface makes the Reebok Deck very stable and safe in use.
The Reebok Deck can be adjusted to 16 different configurations including converting to a flat, incline or decline strength training bench.
By adding Reebok Dumbbells and Resistance Tubes using the Reebok Deck’s integral locators and you have the flexible choice for Personal Trainers and Studios. (Dumbbells & Resistance Tubes sold separately).

Reebok Deck Stepper
Robust piece of equipment. Adjustable Top so you can sit or lay at an angle to do other exercises. Good size and the adjustments work very well with stepping exercises.
Shame there is not a bag with handles to store this in when not in use.

Large, sturdy and durable. I use the Step when doing a home weight sessions - the top moves up, locks in place and confidently supports me. It’s a lot lighter and smaller than a home gym, perfect when your short on space. The groves all around the step are handy for a wide range of exercises with a band - I use it daily for physio exercises as I can’t access a gym due to an injury. All round perfect, wish I’d purchased sooner.
