The Marcy Deluxe Smith Machine offers a large variety of workout styles, with over 50 exercises possible on this fantastic all-in-one Smith Machine, Power Cage and Power Tower to keep your workout session ever-changing and different. In addition, band anchors located on each side of the cage allow you to attach resistance bands to warm up, tone, and relax your muscles.
SMOOTH MOTION
Built to target the entire body to build muscle, this fantastic Smith Machine comes with a sealed ball bearing system built into the overhead pulley system to provide a smooth glide experience.
Thanks to the 2 cable handles included for crossovers, you can efficiently target your chest muscles: the dual upper and lower pulleys system run on 2 different Pulley Trolleys. So, you can even set different weights on each side and use the unit as a circuit trainer for 1 or 2 users.
