The G2 Multigym provides over twenty exercise options, including chest press, pectoral flies, lat pulldown and leg extensions. The 160lb weight stack makes this multi-gym perfect for users of all ability levels. Additional features are sold separately, including an extra 50lb weight stack.
BIOMECHANICAL MOVEMENT
The Life Fitness G2 Multi Gym boasts a variable arc press station, which uses converging movement to simulate natural movement and functionally stimulate the muscles of the arms and chest. Additional attachments can be affixed to the G2 multi-gym to suit your training style and comfort and are purchased separately.

Full Body Workout
I've been using this product for several weeks now and have already noticed a difference in my body. It is perfect for a full body workout as you can do chest press, rows, lat pulldown, leg curls and bicep curls!

G2 MultiGym
I recently purchased the G2 muktigym for myself and my partner to use. I’ve been regularly going to the gym for over 10 years and my partner is just starting out with using weights.
I think this gym is a great addition to any household as it allows a good total body workout. It feels like a sturdy piece of kit, it’s easy to use and it’s a decent size. The weights and arm movement can be easily controlled with the Pins, allowing for quick changes and I’ve found that rather than choosing to work out particular areas, this machine works best when working out the whole body.
I still attend my local gym to do powerlifting exercises but this is really practical and I’m very happy with it.
I’ve purchased a few extra bits, such as a tricep rope, which allow a few extra exercises.

Sehr hochwertig verarbeitetes Gerät, das wirklich Spaß macht. Die Sitzpolster sind ergonomisch geformt und stützen bei den Übungen. Die Zugstangen laufen rund und ohne Probleme. Das Gerät hat umfassende Übungsmöglichkeiten, so dass wirklich ein Ganzkörperprogramm vorhanden ist. Tolle Magnetkarten, wo die Übungen beschrieben sind, leider zwar auf englisch, aber wenn man mit Krafttraining schon etwas Erfahrung hat, kommt man mit diesen Erläuterungen und den Abbildungen auf den Karten wirklich sehr gut zurecht. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen, darum 5 Sterne.
