EASY-TO-USE WORKOUT CONSOLE

This means that instead of having to move through lots of different pages of stats to find the metric you want, it’s all displayed on one screen. This eliminates the need for buttons, which can be both distracting and susceptible to wear and tear. This means that the stride length is shallower than some other ellipticals, to offer an experience close to a walking motion. The high resistance levels, coupled with the walking-style motion can burn more calories than many other more traditional forms of cardio exercise. As the M5i has a shallower stride length, the machine itself is more compact and has a relatively small footprint, making it perfect for crowded gyms and fitness studio spaces, as well as for the home user with limited space. There are also built-in transport wheels which make the M5i easy to move around your gym space. The M5i accommodates a huge range of user heights, from 4’10” all the way to 6’10”. Its long upper-body handles mean users can select the grip type that suits them, and the oversized pedals fit a variety of shoe sizes. If you don’t want the upper-body part of the workout, you can hold the stationary handles underneath the console, and focus on the lower-body. You can easily adjust the resistance of the cross trainer with an easy-to-use dial in the centre of the bike, and there’s an emergency stop function should you need to come to a halt suddenly. The stationary handles can be adjusted for height, too, adding further comfort and optimisation options for the user.

You’ll be able to track your progress with a wider range of metrics using vibrant, easy-to-read visualisations. You can also access guided workouts which range in difficulty level, format, and duration, allowing you to tailor the workout to your needs. The M Series App can also be synced up with Apple Health, Strava, and more.
