These are well made and fit quick and easy on the rack. The two fixed position are a little two wide for me, could do with an additional narrow position so you can get you arms close to you Lats for Tri’s.

Superb
I have been training in commercial gyms for over 17 years now. When I wanted to set up a home gym I was worried I wouldn't find the quality for the price I wanted to pay.

Solid Dip Attachments
Solid, well made, easy to use dip attachments. The narrow and wide grips allow me to perform slightly different dips, better than my previous dip station. They also store nicely on my Bodymax half rack (CF470) in the top rung, so they aren't just strewn on the floor when not in use.
