The Torque Tank M4, continues to evolve, with this unique version of a push sled on wheels!

Unlike resistance sleds, the technology at the heart of the M4, is that they can be used outdoors as well as indoors on any surface, without gouging. In line with all other Tank models, the resistance increases the faster you push it, so you are in control of the resistance, without having to stop to load or unload weight plates.


RESISTANCE
The wheel resistance or “braking” is on all 4 wheels, so if the push end rises up at high speed, the other end still applies the resistance, This eliminates the need to load plates to prevent rising up. In total there are 3 resistance levels can be set at each end independent of each other enabling one resistance on the push and a different resistance on the pull.

All wheel resistance also makes Tank M4 bi-directional, so there is no need to turn the unit around to reverse direction whilst an optional weight horn is available for athletes who want to perform more intense towing exercises. Resistance that feels dangerous can be backed down instantly during the run to a level that feels safer depending on the user’s age, conditioning level, and fitness goals.


HIIT TRAINING
The Tank M4, enables you to perform High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which bursts of acceleration and speed can be a quick alternative to longer sessions on a treadmill or cross trainer. Feeling the resistance change with speed is an experience like no other and can help to push yourself even further and harder.

As with any of the Tank models, a group anchor station is available that will home all weights and training equipment selected for upto a 10 person workout, with portability to any location, indoors or outdoors.
