MULTIFUNCTIONAL PROFICIENCY
The Taurus Pro Chest & Shoulder Press Machine provides your gym with two machines in one, thanks to the multiple grips and effective biomechanical movement range. With the horizontal grips, the user can perform a standard chest press and an incline chest press. The vertical grips provide the user with a shoulder press, making this machine great for supersetting.
TRAINING UPPER BODY
Both chest press and shoulder press are excellent compound exercises that individually provide great upper body exercises but also work well when done sequentially. Chest press utilises the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor primarily but also uses the deltoids and triceps as synergists (helpers) throughout the exercise. Moving to an incline chest press places focus on the upper part of the pectoralis major’s clavicular attachment for a more challenging exercise and aesthetic sculpting. The shoulder press places its focus on the deltoids but also recruits the trapezius and biceps as synergists through the exercise.
