The Smith Machine function includes two safety stoppers that can be fixed on to the chromed hooks. They are then able to catch the rod, in case of emergency, and thereby allow you to train safely and extend your training limits. The convenient hook system of the Smith Machine allows you to hang the rod at 10 different heights, which in-turn ensures that the Smith Machine offers a wide range of exercises.
