With the trend of sedentary lifestyles in the majority of the Western World, it’s no surprise to see the frequent underdevelopment of the glutes and hamstrings. This is caused by the hips and knees staying in a flexed position for extended periods of time, causing the glutes to stay in a lengthened state and the hamstrings in a tight, flexed position.
ADJUSTABLE DESIGN
The glutes are then difficult to activate or to get to work voluntarily, while the hamstrings become so tight they are unable to fully lengthen and target at full contraction. This is where the GHD shines. With its adjustable design which allows the linear bearing footplate to move vertically in seven differing positions, and horizontally in fourteen positions, the unit can accommodate users of all shapes and sizes.
ROBUST AND DURABLE STEEL FRAME
Constructed from a durable steel frame with a powder coat finish, the Taurus Adjustable GHD will also keep its look for longer, even iin the busiest of environments. It's pre-moulded EVA foam padding has been upholstered in heavy duty vinyl and designed to ensure functionality.

Nothing home gym about this!
Wow! It is big and strong and sturdy! I’ve not used one as good as this in any gym. This is commercial quality for sure. Nothing has been missed or forgotten. It is easy to move if you had to but heavy so just set it up and leave. It is super comfy. Pads are well positioned. Foot plate easy to adjust depending on height! My absolute favourite piece of equipment I own. I should have known it was going to be this good after buying other Taurus Strength products and loving them and their quality. But this GHD takes the cake. If you’re thinking about it but reading reviews first.. you won’t be disappointed at all. Yes it is big and the front is wide but aesthetically it looks awesome. Whether you use it for, glutes, hammys it Core - which ever way it’s super comfy and you feel safe.
