The set includes eight cones in four different colors and numbers to enhance random response and memory sequencing patterns. By combining color and audible cues during training athletes are forced to think and react about the correct color to run to, around, or through.

Their safe and soft design helps prevent injuries when players make contact with cones. The cones are also created to pair with the Pro Training Agility Poles to add another obstacle and drill. Simply call out a color or number to train athletes quick thinking and reacting needed for in-game situations.
