The 0-12% incline gradient available allows the user to replicate hill running, as well as perform HIIT-style workouts. The Pro Shox cushioning system on the running deck eases the strain on joints and muscles, letting you run harder for longer. The built-in fan will keep you cool, and the dual water bottle holders help keep you hydrated throughout your workouts.

The Trainer 14.0 comes equipped with easy transport wheels, which make it simple to move around your home gym or workout space, as well as being foldable for storage. The Easy Lift Assist folding system makes folding the treadmill easy, perfect for the home user with limited space. A 51 x 150cm tread belt running area and 135kg maximum weight capacity will suit a variety of user sizes.
