Exercises are made simple by the auto-adjust resistance system. With the 26 levels of resistance now available, each activity has the exact resistance it demonstrates on screen. Without any friction on the flywheel, the magnetic resistance is produced, and it is combined with a revolutionary sliding system to ensure smoothness and quietness throughout each session.

Both the seat and SoftTouch™ Handle boast an ergonomic design, accompanied by the oversized pivoting pedals and their adjustable foot straps. These designs help provide support throughout the workout and reduce tension within the ankles and feet.
