With the 5" LCD touchscreen console, you can easily swipe to view your workout stats such as metrics you need: time, distance, speed and calories. You can also use the console to choose from 25 levels of digital resistance, allowing you to vary your workouts so exercise doesn't become repetitive.
The console also has an integrated mounted device shelf, perfect to keep you phone and tablet on for entertainment whilst you train, or to follow a workout from iFit.
