The Marcy SM4033 incorporates a cage within the smith machine to make this an incredible superior machine, through the multi-hand position pull up and footplate providing the additional option of seated rows.
The lower sections of the Marcy SM4033 framework has 5 adjustable landmine holes, offering you a variety of positions to target different muscle groups.
ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT BENCH
The SM4033 comes complete with a weight bench which can be used with the smith cage system framework or separately adding a fresh dynamic to your workout.
The weight bench back pad can be adjusted between -27 degrees and 76 degrees, making it capable of adapting to your workout plan.
Attached is a curl pad and leg anchor offering a balanced workout to focus on your upper and lower body muscles.
