The Go Console makes it easy for you to get your workout started in the comfort of your own home. The smooth and natural feeling ellipse path of the E5 Cross-Trainer is based on the years of biomechanics research. Whisper stride technology provides a nearly silent and smooth feel which is perfect for use in home environments. You can simply adjust the stride to seven different lengths between 18” and 24”.
CONVENIENCE MADE SIMPLE
The LCD Go Console allows you to choose from 13 programmes and 2 custom workouts to keep your exercises fresh and inviting. To keep yourself on track, create yourself a user profile to keep yourself motivated and achieve your fitness goals. Mix up your resistance and speed with the programmes which include Hill and Sport Training, Fat Burn as well as the Activity Zone – full body workout including the upper body and leg sculpture. Easily monitor your heart rate with the Heart Rate focused programme with the heart rate monitors located on the stationary handlebars.
CLUB INSPIRED LOOK
The E5 features an attractive titanium finish, making it striking component to any home. The anti-slip pedals with cushioning are designed for maximum comfort and security with two sets of handlebars allows you to switch to a full body workout to lower body workouts. At one touch of a button which are located at the handlebars, easily adjust the resistance and stride for easy workout adjustments.

The energy saving mode reduces the electricity draw by up to 90% which is perfect for home use.
