Lift heavier
I love the fact they have the extra padding on the wrist (No digging into your wrist once you get to real heavy deadlifts or shoulder shrugs). Also, once you wrap the no-grip strap around the barbell tight then roll it back half an inch to "tighten" it up that bar isn't going anywhere. It's tight on the bar and because of the extra padding (as I mentioned earlier) you don't have to worry about it "eating" into your wrists. It's absolutely amazing how much more I can lift with these and I will be a lifelong user as long as they make them
