One of the biggest obstacles in starting the training of jumping power with plyo boxes or platforms is the fear of injuries. It's the same for advanced athletes, who want to increase their maximum performance step by step. When plyometric training of jumping power cannot be done without fear, there is no progress and the risk of injuries can even increase.

To increase lower body strength the Plyometric Platforms are ideal for jump training and general improvement on resistance exercises, Bulgarian split squats and resisted bodyweight drills.
