The Concept 2 RowErg with PM5 Monitor is the latest rendition of the critically acclaimed Concept2 Model D. With it's sleek, durable design, you can workout with the most advanced RowErg to date!

ADJUSTABLE RESISTANCE
The RowErg is powered by air resistance- the harder you pull, the more intense the resistance becomes. Adjusting your resistance is easy, using the lever conveniently positioned on the right of the flywheel. Whether you want a sleek, light workout or a more intense row, you're in charge. Higher resistance is ideal for strength training, while lower resistance is ideal for endurance training. The RowErg features adjustable footrests for quick and easy sizing, and an ergonomically shaped handle allows for a super accommodating workout.
ADVANCED PM5 MONITOR
The RowErg rower is equipped with the latest PM5 Performance Monitor, which is super intuitive and user-friendly. The Performance Monitor 5 (PM5) features a variety of training options such as "Just Row" mode or one of many interactive virtual games like the Fish Game and Dart Game. The PM5 displays crucial training metrics, such as pace, watts, stroke frequency and calories. This data can be saved to the PM5's internal memory or can be uploaded to a USB drive. Thanks to integrated Bluetooth and ANT+, you can also wirelessly monitor your heart rate with an optional heart rate monitor. The PM5's monitor is fully adjustable, so you can set the height and angle for the most comfortable workout.
APP CONNECTIVITY
The PM5's monitor seamlessly connects to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth and is compatible with popular workout apps like Kinomaps, Zwift, ErgData, and more; RowErg Rowing Machine is equipped with an integrated device holder for such uses. There is a huge variety of training options available for the RowErg - over 30 in total- and Concept2's apps, ErgData and ErgRace, allow you to track your data and virtually row with or against others.
PRACTICAL DESIGN FOR STORAGE
The Concept2 RowErg Rowing Machine features a quick-release frame-lock mechanism - no tools required - so you can easily separate the machine into two pieces for storage. Caster wheels on the front foot allow you to roll the fully-assembled machine into position and with its 14” (35.6 cm) seat height, the Concept2 RowErg Rowing Machine keeps a low profile for a natural feel.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Concept2 is renowned for high-quality engineering, and the RowErg Rowing Machine is the pinnacle of reliability and sturdiness. The RowErg is the same rower used by elite-level athletes when training, so the RowErg is proven to withstand daily use. As with all chain-operated machines, regular maintenance is required for optimal performance. However, the nickel-plated chain allows for the RowErg to perform at its best for longer between oiling, so you can keep your focus on rowing, not maintaining!
EASY ASSEMBLY
The RowErg packs a punch, but that doesn't mean assembly is a chore; the legs require just eight screws and the assembly tools and instructions are included in the box so you can get rowing straight away! The approximate assembly time is 20-30 minutes.
RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES
As with all indoor fitness rowers, placing a CV mat underneath the rower is always recommended to protect the machine and your flooring.

Very sturdy rowing machine. Remember to adjust the foot straps to enable ankle flexing to activate leg muscles and save your back. One of the best purchases I’ve made.

I want to give a huge 5 star review for Powerhouse too. Brilliant service from start to finish - always responsive to emails and the delivery notifications and tracking app was excellent (delivery firm was excellent, more people should use them). And huge kudos to Powerhouse for (a) having availability and (b) not hiking prices as some do at the moment.

Ordered on Friday and delivered on Wednesday. I even got a predelivery notification with a 2 hours slot. Same as concept 2 shop but much lower than most taking advantage of the short supply in lockdown.

Powerhouse Fitness priced this at RRP (when everyone else is price gouging based on the demand)... big respect for that. They delivered within 5 working days (along with a Bike Erg I ordered). Love the rower, though I'll probably be buying a soft pad for the seat for longer rowing sessions. Would absolutely buy again from PF.

I am very satisfied with Concept 2. Together with slides is the winning combination. It really slides very smooth and makes you feel the strength of strokes. Very easy to assemble and train wherever you are. Saving of results gives you opportunity to improve yourself. Maybe it is a little loud, but this isn\'t really a problem. It is a great decision to buy it as a rower or just as an unprofessional athlete.
