The cardiostrong Baltic Pro Rowing Machine is an exceptionally balanced rower powered by water resistance, offering stability, comfort and outstanding performance!
ADJUSTABLE NATURAL WATER RESISTANCE
What sets the cardiostrong Baltic Pro Rowing Machine apart from the competition is the ability to adjust the resistance by literally changing the amount of water within the tank! The water levels are marked on the side of the water tank, enabling you to choose whether you want to simulate a relaxing river row or challenge yourself through the white-water rapids! In total, there are 6 different resistance levels, accommodating a variety of fitness levels. The water tank is strategically placed at an angle to reduce the overall length of the rower, accommodating smaller spaces without compromising on effectiveness.
LCD CONSOLE
Pre-loaded with 18 programs, the rower allows the user to track and set goals based on distance, time and calorie goal-based programs, as well as a recovery test that evaluates your recovery rate and provides you with an overall fitness score. There are of course classic programs like the 2,000m and 10,000m, but there are also intensive interval programs for those who have limited exercise time but would like to achieve some great results! The competition mode within the console allows you to race against the computer in 15 different levels. Whilst you exercise, you can place a smart device on the integrated tablet holder, allowing you to watch entertainment or listen to music, whilst you train! Better yet, you can use your tablet with Kinomap for a more interactive training experience!

Stable and smooth
The rowing machine is very stable and does not wobble when rowing. The seat rolls very quietly on the rails. The sound of water and the fact that the foot brackets can be moved are also plus. The training is really fun. We weren't planning to spend that much money but we haven't regretted the purchase.

I row a lot at the gym and am use to the normal rowing machine, however after using this I much more prefer the water rowers. This is great for home use for myself
