Description: BodyMax Suspension Trainer
The BodyMax Suspension trainer is a lightweight and portable full body training system.You can use your own bodyweight to strengthen the whole body whilst building muscle and developing your core strength. A variety of exercises can be carried out using our suspension trainer, whether that be upper body or lower body.
The suspension trainer comes with a basic training guide to keep you right and work through some exercises. The anti-slip handles and padded foot-straps ensure that your training in as much comfort as possible.
Adjustable between 100-200cm, the trainer offers extreme versatility to a range of users, fitness levels, physique and ability.
The trainer will help you increase your flexibility and endurance with diverse workouts that can be done anywhere, anytime. The BodyMax Suspension Trainer can be attached to a wall anchor, door frame or a tree.
A mesh carry bag is included with our trainer so you can train anywhere that you like.
Please note: ensure that the item you attach the anchor strap to can support your bodyweight before working out.
