Read the description and reviews and went for it. Best thing I've done in years! After years of ill health,I'm finally 'allowed' to try and get some fitness back, realising my running, mountaineering and cycling days are gone and not feeling quite ready for swimming trunks I popped onto Powerhouse website for some inspiration and very quickly found my way to this. Does all it's meant to and arrived well packaged and earlier than the estimated date. Am well happy, just not happy enough to share what weight plates are on there....just yet!
