HYBRID RESISTANCE SYSTEM
The R100 v4.0 Air Rower has a magnetic air resistance system that provides 16 resistance levels automatically adjusting during the course of each workout program.
This keeps your rowing sessions varied and fun as well as helping to improve your technique and performance.
The R100 allows you to set a basic resistance on the rower whilst maintaining smoother pulling at any intensity which provides a great full-body workout, be that your first time ever using a rower or an experienced athlete.
The super-smooth action on is much quieter than competing models, with a maximum weight capacity up to 150kg in weight.
With a space-saving design, the rower folds easily for storage, keeping your workout space clear and tidy when not in use.
LCD CONSOLE
The superb on-board workout console features 42 preset programs that provide both variety and motivation for even the most demanding users. The R100 features one of the most sophisticated on-board workout consoles on the market, and addresses key consumer feedback on rowing machine noise and capability to enable full stroke for taller users.
The console will display all your real-time workout stats including; calories, distance, time, speed, strokes per minute, resistance and watts.
Also included is a heart-rate control program feature that enables users to input their desired heart rate training range, the computer then automatically adjusts resistance levels to keep you within your desired training zone. The R100 can store data for up to 5 users, making the R100 suitable for the whole family to use.
The Infiniti heart rate transmitter is an optional extra for the rower. Wireless transmission of heart-rate to the console is required for heart rate control programs.
SPACE SAVING
The R100 can be folded when not in use in order to save space.
