The BodyMax Revolving Lat Bar Attachment is designed to take the strain off your wrists and applies it to the target muscle group.


COMFORT
This solid steel bar features knurl-textured rubber grips for comfort, whilst the freely revolving cable attachment eyelet centre allows for smooth rotation on all exercises.


ERGONOMICALLY DESIGNED
The bar has been ergonomically designed to reduce the internal joint pressure at the wrist as well as creating the most natural bar path for the user through both the internal and external grip options.


WIDE RANGE OF EXERCISE POSITIONS
Typically the attachment is used for a plethora of bicep and tricep exercises, however due to the rotating eyelet and multiple grip points, the bar allows the user to fit comfortably and safely into many exercise positions - many back exercises can be used with the bar too, examples include rear delt row as well as a close grip row.


NON-SLIP
