Great piece of equipment
Hand grip is excellent. I had broken my arm and needed an adjustable tension grip that would allow me to vary the tension on this to exercise my forearm around the plate area as well without damage. Most grips are flimsy but this was fantastic. Recommend to all.

Does the job
Decent grips. Use at the high end to feel some effects. The spring is starting to eat away at the anchor point on mine though so not sure how long they will last. But at ten quid a go I'm happy they'll last long enough to be worth the money.
