The BodyMax HM3310 Deluxe Smith Machine is the perfect combination between a Smith Machine and Squat Rack to be able to train with loose weights as well as fixed in the Smith Machine. The heavy-duty steel construction and smooth guides guarantee you a safe and secure training experience.SMITH MACHINE
The Smith Machine function includes two safety stoppers that can be fixed on to the chromed hooks. They are then able to catch the rod, in case of emergency, and thereby allow you to train safely and extend your training limits. The convenient hook system of the Smith Machine allows you to hang the rod at 15 different heights, which in-turn ensures that the Smith Machine offers a wide range of exercises.
HALF RACK
The combination of the Deluxe Smith machine and the Half Rack is ideal for any home gym, or light commercial environment. Thanks to the half-rack functionality, you can train with free weights such as a barbell to further enhance your sessions. The red colored J-hooks and spotters make training easy and safe, whilst you have the ability to set them at 15 different heights.

Bought this at a complete gamble for the home gym. This is by far one of the best pieces of equipment you could have at home. It’s actually the best smith machine I’ve used even compared to commercial gym’s far more expensive variants.
