SOLID AND STABLE FRAME
The bench is made using 2mm thick tubing, which gives a solid, secure and stable frame with a soft, commerical level padded surface to provide comfort and allow you to train comfortably for long periods of time.


SAFE AND SECURE
The feet will keep the bench level and secure whilst in use and the low stance allows you to reach the floor with dumbbells and attain perfect hip and back alignment allowing you to work out correctly and safely.


SUITABLE FOR A RANGE OF WORKOUTS
The FB500 is perfect for a variety of free-weight exercises such as flys, bent-over flys, bench press, chest presses and single arm raises, plus many more! By using free weights in a supported position, such as with a bench, you will help to encourage core stability and really work your abdominals. You can also incorporate dumbbells / barbells / kettlebells / or indeed any free weight into your sessions. This is a safe and easy way to target a variety of muscles with exercises such as; bicep curls, tricep extensions, reverse flys, forearm curls or rows.
