With super quick and easy assembly, this door pull up bar is a must-have piece of equipment for anyone serious about strength training. Made from durable high-strength chrome plated steel, the pull up bar for doors also has non-slip foam grips for added comfort and grip. The adjustable width means the bar can extend to fit different sizes of door frames.
VERSATILITY
This portable pull up bar can be used in any room, on any door frame with a width between 62cm - 92cm. Use the door chin up bar to perform a range of upper body strength exercises. Chin-ups and pull-ups are a great way to develop and tone muscles, as well as increase overall strength. Pull-ups work the largest muscle group in the back, the latissimus dorsi, whilst also targeting the biceps, triceps and shoulders. Chin-ups are great for biceps too. The abs can be toned with both of these exercises as they also rely on core stability.
