Fabulous equipment
The two-month wait for this bench and squat rack was worth every second (it was out of stock when I bought it so I knew I was in for a wait).
This is the first time I have purchased a weights bench, and it is clear that this will last for many years.
I have a 6 foot Olympic bar which is fine, but I would probably recommend a 7 foot bar simply because it gives more leeway for maneuvering backwards towards to rack when doing heavy squats.
The preacher and leg curl are excellent quality, and can be removed quickly and easily. The bench can be adjusted to numerous angles, perfect for sit-ups on the decline, bench press (flat) or bicep work, in a seated position.
This may be pricey compared to other benches, but I would say that you get what you pay for as far as this is concerned. It is an all-round excellent bench and rack, and looks really smart too. I am super pleased with it.

Awesome buy!!!
I have been using a standard york weight bench as my home gym since lock down started in 2020., I did find that the standar bench was a bit small. I am delighted I decided to upgrade to the Bodymax CF516, it is perfect. It comes with leg extention and preachers curl. Really sturdy bench that is wide so you do not feel you are gonna over balance and fall off, goes from decline to upright and a good selection in between. For the squat rack you will need the 7ft bar, anything smaller will not fit the rack. The rack is strudy too, with a load of height levels, I am 5'8" and the top rack is just above my head. You can attach the SEBR2491 T bar row attachement to this squat rack, even though it is not mentioned in the description. The only thing I would change about this equipment is the barbell rests, they can be doing with been longer and additional holes to allow them to be placed lower, but they work perfect as they are. Great product, 100% worth the purchase.

Bodymax CF516 3 in 1 Bench
I bought this with the squat stands and it includes the leg and preacher attachments. I have limited space in my garage and as such I need a compact workout station which takes up minimal space yet allows to me perform a wide range of exercises. This suites my requirements perfectly. Its robust and well built. Some of the plastic caps seems a bit pointless and I just left them off. The squat stand is very robust and is a 5*. The bench is robust and has enough adjustment but and is mobile enough but when bolted together, although clearly secure, just feels a bit "loose" - - but it was very good value for money so all in all 4*

This is an awesome bit of kit . Really high quality and straightforward tomassemble but ideal,tomhave 2 people. We use the Olympic bar with the Squat rack - note you need a 7tf bar for this but the service sorting this out from Powerhouse was A1.highly recommended
