PULL-UP STATION
The CF475 also features a 120kg maximum weight capacity multi-grip pull-up station, allowing you to add variety to your workouts. Choose between wide grip, underarm, overarm, pull-ups, and chin-ups to work different muscles and diversify your training regime.
COMPACT
The footprint of the CF475 is mid-range, meaning it won’t feel claustrophobic and cramped while you work out, but equally won’t dominate your gym space and leave you running out of room. Its innovative design and materials mean it can sustain 280kg of barbell weight while only weighing 69kg itself, making it relatively easy to move around your home gym or workout space.
ADJUSTABLE BAR HOOKS AND SPOTTER ARMS
Included with the power rack are two bar hooks and two spotter arms. Spotter arms allow you to execute barbell workouts without needing another person to act as a spotter, allowing you to work out whenever you want to. The bar hooks and spotter arms are adjustable along 19 height positions, accommodating a wide variety of users and allowing for a range of different exercises.
ACCESSORY COMPATIBLE
The CF475 is compatible with a whole host of other BodyMax products, from attachments like the BodyMax Dip Attachment, to pulley modifications like the BodyMax CF475 Lat/Low Pulley Attachment and 95kg Weight Stack Attachment, to bench press equipment like the BodyMax CF430 Weight Bench and BodyMax 100kg Olympic Weight Set.

CF475 Power Rack - 5*
Bought one of these and the lay/low pulley about 5 years ago for my garage gym. I added the weight stack a year or so ago. Solid construction and also infinite options to do your basic compound movements. The weight stack was damaged in transit, but Powerhouse customer service, although slow, did a great job. The only problem with the weight stack is the pin won’t go into the bottom couple eights at the front due to the low pulley - ensure you leave enough space behind the stack to get the pin in. Great piece of kit though ????

All you need.
I bought this about 6 years ago, with a lat/low pulley, a stack of weights and dipping bars. I used it for squats, bench press, dips, pull-ups, and a bunch of pulley exercises. You can't do overhead press inside the cage unless you are very short, but you can do it just outside and drop it onto the J-hooks if you with no problems. It is still going strong, but I no longer have room for it and am looking at buying a CF480 instead. Heartily recommend.

This is an excellent product and i would deffo recommend to anybody looking for a cage.. decent height and width. And it take a alot of weight too which is great!!
