Really happy with this pulley system. After a few uses to bed in and let the lubricant spread it is smooth and quiet.
Added a few attachments like a rope, single handle and a v-handle and I’ve got a whole gym set up in my garage.
Even my girlfriend loves it.

Good item, well made, easy to fit to power rack. It does have its limitations, but it also does most of the things you want to do in a home gym setup. Everything works smoothly with a consistent feel throughout the pull. Just one tip, you need to have the power rack secured in place or you will drag it. Would recommend as an addition to the CF385+
