The Half Power Rack is both robust and durable and in-line with other BodyMax cages and racks, with solid high-quality construction. It’s a flexible squat, bench press and dip half cage configuration designed for flexibility and safety.


ADJUSTABLE SPOTTER ARMS
One of the biggest hurdles to overcome with personal training is committing to it. Unfortunately when it comes to weight lifting it can become difficult when relying on others to act as a spotter. Solidly crafted and beautifully designed, this half rack offers adjustable bar hooks and safety spotter bars, so you are in control of when you train and for how long. The spotter arms and barbell holders can be easily and quickly adjusted in height.


MULTI-POSITION PULL-UP STATION
Pull-up and Chin-up variations are some of the most versatile and beneficial exercises you can do to improve strength and overall body health! BodyMax CF376R has an in-built pull-up bar so you can get a total body workout without having to invest in multiple pieces of equipment. The bars are knurled providing superb anti-slippery grip and supreme comfort.
