A leg developer and preacher curl attachment are included as standard with the BodyMax CF330 Premium Weight Bench. These can be loaded with Olympic 2” plates. Use the Preacher Curl to target biceps and forearm muscles and the led developer to target quads and hamstrings. The isolated muscle focus allows you to target a chosen muscle group and take full control of your workout sessions.
VERSATILE
There are plenty of exercises you can do using only the BodyMax CF330 Premium Weight Bench and your own body weight. Those exercises vary from cardio workouts to strength training; you can combine a few exercises to create a whole-body workout with no additional equipment. Similarly, you can combine this bench with barbells and dumbbells to increase the variety of exercises you can perform, allowing for heavier resistance and enabling progressive overload.
